April 15th? How is that possible? I don’t know about you, but January felt like the longest month of the year and now I feel like time is flying by! The irony of life, right? 😊
Gratitude
The first thing I want to say is thank you! Your support means the world to me, and I don’t take it for granted. Launching this brand took almost three years so while technically we have only been out in the universe for about five months, I have been living and breathing The Decided Collection for quite some time now, and I absolutely love it. I learn something new daily and have so many ideas and dreams for where I want this brand to be in the coming years. Couldn’t be more grateful to have you be part of this journey with me.
Updates
Have you ever heard the analogy of a duck? Calm and smooth on the surface, but a lot happening underneath to keep moving? Yep, that is me!
Right now, I am focused on two things – building awareness and community. Well, let’s be honest, as an entrepreneur, I am focused on all the things, but these two are at the top of my list.
Building awareness is key for a new brand so all the initiatives we are currently working on revolve around people getting to know more about me, the brand and our amazing pajamas. So, if you have the time and feel comfortable doing so, please share with your friends and family – anyone with a special young girl in their life. There is nothing better than a personal recommendation. I live by them. Share The Decided Collection with a friend.
As I mentioned above, my other key focus is building community. As a mom of a growing tween girl, I am always seeking guidance from others. Definitely don’t have being a mom figured all out and any time I think I do, a new phase of my daughter’s life comes to light, so I am back at ground zero. The topics, organizations and brands we have highlighted so far have been incredibly helpful and insightful. Be sure to check out decidedly you if you have missed any of them. What’s Next
Hopefully you are wondering, what else can I expect to see from The Decided Collection? Well, let me tell you as we have a few fun things coming up.
1. The Ultimate Sleepover Giveaway ended on Monday, April 14. Thank you to everyone who entered to win. I can’t wait for the winner and her BFF to receive the pjs, skincare and bracelets. Bright Girl Beauty and Jewel Ya are incredible female founded brands. Be sure to check them out if you haven’t already.
2. Towards the end of May, we will be launching some new products. Of course, pjs, but a sleep accessory too. And we are looking into some other fun branded products the preteen girl in your life will love. More details coming soon, but here is a sneak peek!
3. Another giveaway in June with more female founded brands! There is nothing better than women, supporting women.
As you can see this duck has been pretty busy – sorry, couldn’t help myself! Stay tuned for the next update from me. Plan to do these on a regular basis, but not so much that you get sick of them.
